We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lower Elementary Educator, you'll have the opportunity to work with 1st-3rd grade students and help them develop a love for learning.

As an Elementary Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth. You'll work closely with our students to develop their critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. You'll also collaborate with our team of educators to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of the Montessori method and its principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
