Job Summary

As a Senior Radiologic Technologist at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in supervising the activities of technologists and students in the department. Under the guidance of the Director, you will ensure the discipline and performance of team members while in the area. Completing established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow in the department and other areas of the hospital.
  • Provide professional and technical guidance and confer with medical staff as appropriate.
  • Assure the availability and functioning of supplies and equipment.
  • Make recommendations on hiring, firing, and disciplining staff.
  • Oversee Imaging students and evaluate assigned students.
Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or MRI.

Experience:

  • 3 years of clinical experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).

Certifications:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • State license (if required).
