POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, meet personal sales objectives, foster teamwork, maintain True Religion merchandising guidelines, and protect company assets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Welcome and engage every customer, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and all facets of customer service.
2. Stay informed about all promotions and marketing campaigns.
3. Assist with floor transitions, merchandising, display upkeep, and cleanliness.
4. Support the processing and restocking of merchandise while monitoring inventory levels.
5. Aid in executing price adjustments within the department.

POINT OF SALE OPERATIONS:
Manage a computerized cash register and inventory system, which includes:

- Accurately entering sales data
- Processing customer payments
- Handling credit card transactions
- Providing correct change
- Managing refunds, exchanges, and voids
- Issuing gift certificates and credit slips.

Reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits along with end-of-day reports for management review.

Utilize a solid understanding of all retail merchandise, including pricing, special product considerations, and stock locations both on the sales floor and in the back stockroom.

Ensure precise processing of merchandise receipts, which involves:

- Entering data into the POS system
- Inspecting merchandise
- Tagging, stocking, and displaying items.

Communicate any damages or incorrect shipments to store management. Actively contribute to maintaining store aesthetics by keeping merchandise organized and visually appealing. Regularly dust and clean shelves, fold apparel, and arrange products to uphold the highest visual presentation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Retail Savvy: You comprehend the nuances of working in a luxury retail environment and its clientele.
- Goal-Oriented: You are dedicated and strategize effectively to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Positive Attitude: You consistently exhibit a welcoming demeanor towards colleagues and customers.
- Brand Knowledgeable: You possess in-depth knowledge of our brand, including fits and styles.
- Fashion-Forward: You stay updated with current trends and can provide styling recommendations to customers.

REQUIRED MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Capability to operate all necessary equipment to perform the job, including standing, stooping, lifting up to 11 kilograms, and climbing a ladder.
