Job Summary:

As a Nuclear Medicine Specialist at TotalMed Staffing, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and accuracy in nuclear medicine settings. This position requires collaboration with the nuclear medicine team to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes.
Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to acquire images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.

Requirements:

ARRT (N) certification
BLS certifications
Two years of recent nuclear medicine experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
