The Work:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for reviewing patient history and physician's orders, educating patients about procedures and equipment, and administering radiopharmaceuticals and medications according to established protocols and regulations.
You will also be responsible for monitoring patient condition, reporting and responding to changes in status, preparing equipment and supplies, and implementing safety standards and quality control procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a current State of Maine License for Radiological Technology/Radiographer and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications is also required. This is a 32-hour per week position with a scheduled work shift to be determined.
