Job Description
The Extruder Production Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining quality production lines at ZIP-PAK. You will work closely with our team to ensure consistent product quality, meeting or exceeding productivity targets, line speed, uptime, and yield. Your attention to detail and ability to make necessary adjustments will be key to our success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, previous extrusion experience, and a stable work history. Your mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting skills, and ability to stand for long periods of time are essential. We also value your willingness to accept or seek new assignments and your ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
