ZIP-Pak, a leading manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, is seeking an experienced Extruder Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plastic extrusion lines, ensuring high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Salary

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $21.50, depending on location and experience. This rate is competitive and reflective of the skills and qualifications required for the role.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for running and maintaining a quality product, making necessary adjustments and judgments to consistently produce product within quality specifications at or above productivity targets. You will also observe safety, HACCP/AIB/SQF guidelines and policies, and support Food Safety Culture activities within the organization in accordance with the Food Safety Code for Manufacture of Food Packaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Extrusion experience desirable
• High School diploma or GED
• Stable work history
• Mechanical aptitude/good troubleshooting skills

Others

This is a full-time position with a 12-hour shift (7am-7pm) schedule and alternating weekends off. A clean, safe and temperature-controlled work environment is provided.
