  • Oversee interconnection studies, provide strategic advice, and manage project timelines.
  • Supervise technical evaluations of project equipment and engage in internal procedure development.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential renewable energy project acquisitions.
  • Ensure transparent reporting on project statuses.
  • Evaluate new software tools for project analysis.
Requirements:
  • Over 12 years of high voltage interconnection experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.
  • Proficient in SPP, MISO, ERCOT, PJM, WECC power markets.
  • Skilled in managing internal teams and external consultants for interconnection efforts.
  • Recent experience in interconnection design and modeling.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Capable of working efficiently across disciplines and time zones.
  • Strong communication skills and open to domestic travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
