We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
  • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance
  • Coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant team members
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members
  • Execute new product roll-outs, including training, marketing, and sampling
  • Control costs to maximize profitability
  • Completion of weekly labor schedule to meet guest demand and service standards

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid State of Maine Driver's License
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic math and financial management
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
