Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage staffing within the Cardiovascular unit
  • Assess patient care requirements and allocate suitable nursing care
  • Supervise nursing and support personnel during shifts
  • Participate in evaluating staff performance
  • Address and resolve patient care concerns
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
