Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction & Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products, services, and solutions.
  • Transaction Processing: Assist customers with order entry, process transactions efficiently, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer service issues, address complaints, and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Billing Inquiries: Respond to customer billing inquiries, explain charges, process payments, and provide billing adjustments or corrections as required.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all customer service interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
