This position requires familiarity with various international trademark portfolio management systems, including but not limited to:

Experience in international trademark processes, particularly with the Madrid System (WIPO), is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a background in conducting online searches, investigating third-party trademarks, analyzing reports, and coordinating documentation for contested matters. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and submission of office actions and registration materials.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and filing both foreign and domestic trademark applications, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, renewals, and other necessary filings.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and associates.
  • Reviewing office actions and summarizing pertinent issues for attorneys.
  • Conducting trademark searches and drafting comprehensive findings.
  • Docketing and reviewing specimens.
