POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating financial summaries.
Supporting the budgeting process and monthly financial closures.

Performing necessary research and analysis.
Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.

Evaluating and reporting on the current financial landscape.
Conducting in-depth research of historical financial data.

Engaging in departmental and project budgeting activities.
Reviewing financial transactions for accuracy.
Establishing financial protocols.
Maintaining confidentiality regarding financial data and investment strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial strategies.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency in navigating various software platforms.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
