POSITION SUMMARY:
CPG is in search of a driven and meticulous Lead Financial Strategist to enhance our financial operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating financial summaries.
Supporting the budgeting process and monthly financial closures.

Performing necessary research and analysis.
Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.

Conducting in-depth research of historical financial data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial strategies.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency in navigating various software platforms.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
