Operations Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned operations consultant to drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Improvement Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior managers to design and implement operational improvement initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve overall performance.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree in business administration or specialization in operations management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations consultancy in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies, proficiency in data analysis and business management software, superb leadership and communication skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Compensation: 24-29 Hourly Wage
