We are currently seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to enhance our accounting and finance operations within the Technology division. This position will be pivotal in managing reporting, reconciliation, and various month-end tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Accounting and Finance teams to promote long-term enhancements within our ERP and associated systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate reports within NetSuite and/or OMS systems to streamline monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries for estimates.
  • Ensure that reports align with the Accounting system.
  • Investigate and document any discrepancies identified during reconciliation processes and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, and Technology/IT teams.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify errors between systems that affect revenue or inventory valuations.
  • Support essential monthly closing processes.
  • Analyze and assist in daily reconciliation of revenue and cost reporting between primary systems and downstream reporting tools.
  • Facilitate daily refund and return reconciliations across systems.
  • Assist with gift card reconciliations between systems.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for new automations and workflows.
  • Help formulate, document, and implement change management processes within the ERP.
  • Assist in gathering audit requests and documenting monthly procedures.
  • Reconcile data utilized by various departments as required, including Accounting & Finance and Planning.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite, including report generation and document management.
  • Familiarity with multi-subsidiary company structures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities complemented by exceptional Excel proficiency.
  • Solid functional experience in one or more areas: Accounting/Finance - Order to Cash, AP/AR, Revenue, GAAP.
  • Effective communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with the Shopify E-Commerce platform is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Celigo or other integration platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in high-volume e-commerce and retail environments is advantageous.
