Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met.
  • Review bid documents to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and review project scope outlines, bid proposals, and contract documents.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee project schedules, including timeline development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project administration, including documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in luxury residential construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
