Endoscopy Technician

As an Endoscopy Technician at Adirondack Health, you will play a vital role in preparing and setting up instrumentation and units for scheduled Endoscopic procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain aseptic or sterile technique will ensure the highest level of patient care. You will assist with Endoscopic procedures and be responsible for inputting information in Endosoft and processing all scopes.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Two years' experience as a nurse aide, experience with equipment preparation, aseptic technique, and direct patient care skills are preferred. Certification within 6 months of completion of orientation is a must.
