The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse work, including receiving and processing donations, unloading and storing products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment and processes.
  • Receive and process donations, including weighing and recording receipt of food items.
  • Unload, sort, and properly store products in designated areas.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow instructions and guidelines, including food safety protocols.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, including email and internet navigation.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, move around the warehouse, stoop, reach, use hands, and bend.

  • Works well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
