Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and store merchandise in a safe and organized manner
  • Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments
  • Stage deliveries and ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule
  • Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping
  • Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork
  • Assist in customer pickups and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes
  • Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment
  • Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building
  • Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean
  • Clean and sanitize products per Company standard operating procedure
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ Years general warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to lift or move at least 100 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Scope:

This is a non-exempt position that reports to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of merchandise.
