Position Title: Lead Systems Engineer for Protected SATCOM Solutions
Reporting Structure: Reports to the President of Government Operations
Key Responsibilities:
The selected individual will deliver advanced engineering support for Protected SATCOM systems and act as the Subcontract Project Manager and Team Leader for Integrity Communications Solutions' contributions to international partnerships. The candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding team members through the development, validation, testing, implementation, and deployment of mission-critical SATCOM products, particularly focusing on international partners. Responsibilities include:
- Providing systems engineering expertise and developing comprehensive communication architectures.
- Creating and executing communication plans tailored to international and coalition needs.
- Conducting specialized analyses, modeling, and simulations to produce operational mission products.
- Leading systems engineering integration and testing efforts.
- Facilitating agile software development processes and instructing on AEHF familiarization.
- Managing and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality mission outcomes and timely product deliveries.
- Maintaining effective communication with government and contractor representatives, as well as Integrity leadership.
- Tracking and reporting on contract deliverables and performance metrics.
Travel Requirements: This role necessitates both domestic and international travel.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to building and leading effective technical teams.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in military or commercial Satellite Communications.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Protected Military SATCOM systems.
- Knowledge of EHF user community and mission planning processes.
- Experience in a technical or operations leadership role.
- Familiarity with EHF terminal operations and software analysis tools.
Supervisory Role: Responsible for overseeing a team of three or more direct reports.
Compensation Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
