Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of House Manager at our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our group home facilities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, evaluate, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support to our residents.
  • Program Development: Plan, implement, and evaluate programs and services to meet the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our group home facilities to ensure they are safe and comfortable for our residents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
