Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Teller Floater to join our team at First Federal. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service by handling a wide range of daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan payments, cash advances, and check cashing.

You will be responsible for issuing cashier's checks, handling stop payments and wire transfer requests, and offering relevant banking services and products that meet customers' needs. Additionally, you will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the safety of customer information, operate basic banking technologies, balance cash drawers daily with accuracy and attention to detail, and open and close new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts.
