We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection Manager to join our team at INNOVA NW, a dynamic security, fire, and technology firm. This is an exciting opportunity to develop, grow, and manage our fire alarm testing, inspection, and maintenance department.
As a key member of our team, you will drive customer satisfaction and revenue by supervising a team of technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include providing unmatched customer service, implementing plans and processes to meet corporate goals, and maximizing market potential in all business segments.
This role offers the chance to work with a motivated team, build solid customer relationships, and enhance productivity through training and efficient scheduling. You will also be responsible for conducting employee evaluations, communicating performance improvement strategies, and empowering your team to achieve their goals.
