Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Texas Health Plano. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams on patients of all ages. Our department is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult patients.
  • Use advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality images and videos.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography and imaging techniques.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited school of ultrasound technology or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • RCS, RDCS, RVT, or RVS certification required.
  • BCLS certification required and maintained quarterly.
