Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 80 housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Oversee the daily operations of 228 rooms and condos, as well as public areas, including the pool, golf course clubhouse, and other amenities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for promotions and disciplinary actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or condo complex.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
