Job Overview

The General Manager at Bloomingdale's is responsible for driving consistency of the Bloomingdale's brand across all aspects of the store. This includes ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our upscale clientele and an outstanding employment experience for our workforce. The General Manager builds and cultivates a motivated, skilled, and equipped management team that embodies the Bloomingdale's vision.

Requirements

  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
