Position Overview
MultiCare Health System is in search of a BC/BE Rehabilitation Specialist to join our comprehensive practice. This opportunity encompasses a full-service Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program. The clinic benefits from a robust primary care referral network and partnerships with community providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering comprehensive patient management while ensuring excellence in patient care and enhancing the patient experience.

Effective communication across all levels of care and collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers are essential components of this role.

Additional skills that are advantageous but not mandatory include diagnostic ultrasound and electrodiagnosis.

The Rehabilitation practice is highly supported by the organization and provides patients with comprehensive care, including advanced imaging, injection therapy under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance, physical therapy, and more.

MultiCare is recognized as a leader in leveraging information technology, such as EPIC, our Electronic Medical Record system, to enhance connectivity among our staff throughout the healthcare system.

Together, our providers serve the patient referral base across the Pacific Northwest.

Academic affiliations with medical schools are available and strongly encouraged, along with research opportunities through the MultiCare IRB.

Requirements:
- Board certified/eligible at the time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Compensation and Benefits:

As required by various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in each position. The pay scale is $284,039.00 USD.

However, compensation is influenced by various factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to:

- Level of experience
- Certifications and/or education.
