Youth Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with young adults to build trust and rapport
- Collaborate with case managers and program coordinators to develop individualized support plans
- Connect young adults with community resources and services to meet their basic needs
- Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations in a trauma-informed manner
- Participate in daily housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with daily operations, including meal preparation and transportation
- Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth or young adults, preferably in a homeless services setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
