Director of Tractor Testing and Research

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Tractor Testing and Research to lead the Nebraska Tractor Test Laboratory (NTTL). As a 12-month tenure-track or specialty track appointment, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for NTTL, ensuring its global reputation for excellence and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. degree in agricultural engineering or a related field and at least five years of industry experience in tractor testing protocols and the agricultural machinery sector. They will be responsible for driving innovative research and educational efforts to advance the agricultural sector, while fostering industry partnerships and overseeing the day-to-day operations of NTTL.
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
