- Provide comprehensive training on equipment design, maintenance, and troubleshooting to various customer skill levels.
- Support existing equipment designs and resolve production issues both locally and globally.
- Stay updated on equipment technologies to propose and develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance internal industrial processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly line design and deployment, preferably in the automation sector or high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI system design.
- Familiarity with vision systems and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and CAN.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- A basic understanding of UL Standards, NFPA 79, and the National Electric Code.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently in a multicultural virtual environment.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
- A self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
