Key Responsibilities- Manage Healthcare Operations: Oversee the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that residents' healthcare needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead a Team of Caregivers: Supervise and train a team of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers to provide high-quality care and service to residents.
- Ensure Quality Care: Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts, including assuming the role and responsibilities of a caregiver or med tech/aide as needed.
- Medication Management: Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
- On-Call Duties: Share on-call duties as required to ensure 24/7 coverage and support for our residents and staff.
- Education: Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
- License: LPN or LVN license.
- Competitive Salary: $41.75/hour
