Compensation: $87,500 to $95,000 Per Year



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction to nursing personnel by managing daily operations of the Nursing Department.
  • Ensure adherence to Department of Health regulations.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Evaluate performance trends and implement strategies for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct daily documentation and clinical record assessments.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and staff assignments.
  • Oversee personnel management functions.
  • Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.


Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a long-term care environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Knowledgeable about federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
