Compensation: $87,500 to $95,000 Per Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to nursing personnel by managing daily operations of the Nursing Department.
- Ensure adherence to Department of Health regulations.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate performance trends and implement strategies for quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct daily documentation and clinical record assessments.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and staff assignments.
- Oversee personnel management functions.
- Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a long-term care environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
