Job SummaryThe Center Clinical Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care services at our centers. This role oversees the clinical operations, including quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience, and clinical standards of care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services
- Manage clinical operations, including quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience, and clinical standards of care
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including Care Promoters, Pharmacy/Medication Technicians, and X-ray Technicians
- Collaborate with Director, Center/Exec Director, Center/COM to design and implement business strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other governing agencies
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and patient care
- Provide clinical support for market initiatives and manage medical and administrative equipment inventory
- BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Active and good standing Licensed Nurse in current state of employment or a Certified Medical Assistant
- A minimum of 3-5 years related clinical work experience and 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment
- LPN must have IV Therapy certification where required by the State Board of Nursing
- BLS for healthcare providers required
