We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team at Wireless Telecom Group. This individual will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions across our US-based divisions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work across all levels within the organization, and foster positive relationships with our third-party vendors and customers. A strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Responsibilities include invoice vouchering, resolving PO match discrepancies, ensuring approval of non-PO invoices, and accurately determining appropriate expense codes. The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional will also assist with regular payment runs, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve outstanding payment issues.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 1-2 years of experience within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and proficiency in Sage AP, AR, and Purchasing modules. Experience with lockbox banking structure is a plus.
