Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and fax, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Process orders, create and manage cases, RMAs, credits, and rebills, as well as perform database clean-up tasks.
- Review and process sales orders, including capital and consumable orders, and follow up with customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and accounting, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage demo inventory tracking and reporting, and fulfill demo system requests from sales representatives.
- Assist with documenting department processes and procedures, and coordinate with management to ensure department metrics and goals are met.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of complex customer service concepts, practices, and company policies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in internal applications, including Peoplesoft, and MS Office.
