We're looking for an experienced Market Research Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative research for our strategy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customized research plans to meet the needs of each client
  • Lead the process of understanding the client and its target customer segment
  • Manage all aspects of complex surveys, including research, client consultations, project management, survey programming/creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct robust secondary research on markets, customers, products, competitors, regulations, and industry trends
  • Help formulate the strategy team's direction during the initial phases of the strategic growth plan process
Requirements:
  • B.S./B.A degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in primary and secondary research
  • Research experience in management consulting, media, marketing, or branding
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and market research methods
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient with MS365 and comfortable organizing data in Excel
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and friendly spirit
