Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Keller Trucking. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a fleet of professional drivers, serving as the primary contact to our customers, and building effective business relationships with assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a fleet of professional drivers to ensure high levels of service and safety.
  • Serve as the primary contact to our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with assigned locations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with customers to expand service offerings and enhance their experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels.
  • Conduct analysis of fleet operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all employees are providing a high level of service while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Coach employees on idle time, fuel compliance, preventative maintenance, and safety.
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to exceed those demands.
  • Fulfill driver duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • CDL A License preferred.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.
  • Must be able to be on call outside of office hours.
