Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Comcast Business Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting Comcast Business Services in their efforts to retain existing customers and grow revenue through strategic sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize active listening and empathy to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and retention, and to provide personalized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer retention targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the Comcast Business Services team.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer retention, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
