Property Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a Property Leasing Specialist who possesses a talent for sales and recognizes the significance of making a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a consistently positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete leasing process for prospective residents, from initial tours to move-in, including the preparation of all necessary lease documentation.
• Understand the specific needs of each prospect to effectively match them with their perfect apartment.
• Maintain a supportive and friendly relationship with current residents to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Engage in our monthly renewal outreach program by contacting residents to inform them of renewal options and providing assistance as needed.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness, ensuring that our properties and units are always welcoming and visually appealing.
• Familiarize yourself with the community, as we believe our local area is a key selling point.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A passion for sales and/or customer service.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual with Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is advantageous.
