Job Summary

Swensons Drive-In Restaurants, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Car Side Server to join our team. As a Car Side Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks to our customers in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using handheld devices
  • Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Swensons' high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
