Server Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and promoting our brand values.

• Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service: Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests, and ensure expedient service.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Upselling and Promotions: Learn our menu and beverages, expertly recommend and upsell on items to enhance the guest experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol: ID guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger, and follow all Fridays Service Style Standards.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to deliver plates and food, clear tables, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service.
• Adaptability: Must be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
