Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of menu items, drinks, and special offers to effectively promote and upsell.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
