Product Manager - Compact Track Loaders

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Compact Track Loader product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide market expertise and intelligence on Compact Track Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders to the Product Management Team and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product applications, operations, and system functions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gather market data, and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and product development.
  • Act as a customer advocate, capturing and articulating market problems and translating them into market requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer satisfaction, and product success.
  • Develop business cases for product extensions and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction equipment sales, marketing, or engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business development, marketing, and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%).
