Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Specialist to join our team at The Camden Center. As a Care Specialist, you will be working with clients who require ongoing support to achieve their reintegration goals.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients to develop personalized reintegration plans
  • Provide daily phone support and conduct home visits as needed
  • Assist clients in medication adherence and life skills coaching
  • Engage in recovery-related activities with clients, such as exercise and meditation
  • Maintain ongoing communication with case managers and document client interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in mental health treatment or a related field
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary Range: $20-$36 per hour, based on qualifications and assignment
