Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of organizational data sets and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop dashboards in Tableau to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for technical implementation
  • Develop and maintain datasets, ensuring standardization and data metrics consistency
  • Provide technical assistance and cross-training to other team members
Requirements:
  • Passion for working on creative, technology-forward solutions to address homelessness
  • Familiarity with SSBI tools, preferably Tableau
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server Data Tools, and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Programming/scripting experience and knowledge of data/system analysis, software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
