Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of food service professionals to deliver high-quality dining experiences to our customers.
- Assist with profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement innovative menus and food programs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as infection control protocols.
- Assist with the rollout of new culinary programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with our marketing and culinary teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.
