NE Construction LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent - Multifamily General Contractor to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Project
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ground-up new multifamily projects from inception to completion. Key duties include scheduling and coordinating daily work activities, overseeing subcontractor trades, and maintaining detailed daily field reports. A strong understanding of residential building practices, code requirements, and industry standards is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and organizational skills are required to interact with inspectors, architects, engineers, and owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up new multifamily projects from inception to completion
- Schedule and coordinate daily work activities
- Oversee subcontractor trades
- Maintain detailed daily field reports

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multifamily construction
- Proven track record of managing ground-up new multifamily projects
