The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify, develop, and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and prospecting, qualifying leads, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and regularly following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or issues proactively.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, meeting setups, and client engagement levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations, with a proven track record of achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, training and professional development programs, and a great culture and hybrid work environment.
