About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Magnetic Specialties Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling custom transformers and other magnetic devices for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand customer prints to assemble products
  • Use various hand and power tools to assemble and test devices
  • Pick parts and move products using a crane or forklift (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Follow work instructions and complete all customer labeling/packaging requirements
  • Work efficiently while ensuring company quality standards are maintained
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Machine operating or manufacturing experience required
  • A willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Be a team-oriented, reliable, safety-minded individual
  • The ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand on a daily basis
  • Prior soldering, simple welding, or fabrication experience is a plus but we are willing to train
