Job Summary

Lewis Energy Group is a leading natural gas producer in Texas and the nation, with a strong commitment to family-like work culture and community involvement. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supervisor, Emergency Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage an internal emergency communications and response team, ensuring seamless operations and effective crisis management.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for emergency operations personnel, as well as critical response plans, to ensure timely and efficient response to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with all shifts to review and rehearse critical response plans, ensuring a high level of preparedness and coordination.
  • Schedule leave for emergency communications personnel to maintain a two-person team on duty at all times, and cover gaps in coverage as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with all emergency communications systems, including cameras, alarms, GPS, and other systems, and ensure staff is trained accordingly.
  • Process and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance, and inform the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform related administrative duties, such as maintaining logbooks and other record-keeping tasks, as assigned.
  • Provide first-line technical support for internal customers regarding building and home automation, and audio-visual infrastructure.
  • Project manage audio-visual contractors and projects for AV installation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Prior project management experience.
  • Audio-visual experience is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of software skills related to cameras, access control, mass notification, Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time to other locations, with occasional overnight stays.
